3. Proposals and Scope
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, revision limits, and other material terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. A website description or indicative service list is not itself a binding promise of a particular result or deliverable.
4. Payments
Payment terms are stated in the applicable written proposal, invoice, or order confirmation. Work may require an upfront payment or milestone payment where stated. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay amounts that are properly due under the agreed scope.
5. Changes and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, access credentials, approvals, trademarks, images, copy, and other materials they have agreed to supply. Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-owned materials remain the client's property. Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, stock assets, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Upon full payment, rights to original project deliverables transfer to the client to the extent specified in the written agreement.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to create, distribute, or support unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, infringement, harassment, or other prohibited activity. You represent that you have the necessary rights to materials you provide to us.
8. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, leads, conversion rates, advertising results, or other business outcomes. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, third-party platforms, hosting, search engines, and client decisions.
9. Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party hosting, domain registrars, payment providers, plugins, APIs, analytics, or other services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policies, or failures of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific written project agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almazora LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
